We are looking for a Speech & Language Pathologist to work Full-Time for the 2025-2026 school year. This position would be based out of our Central Office in North Battleford, with travel to surrounding communities as needed. Join our dynamic team of experienced SLPs located at the Living Sky School Division centrally located in beautiful Saskatchewan.
Job Responsibility:
Perform diagnostic assessments of students to evaluate strengths, weaknesses and areas for intervention
Understand and support the Response to Intervention (RTI) Model
Develop a treatment plan based on evidence-based practice
Maintain records on the evaluation, progress, and discharge of students
Recommend suitable materials to schools and parents
Collaborate with other professionals
Consult with teachers to support assessment findings and assist with individual program planning
Advocate on behalf of students with communication disorders and populations that are at risk
Practice within CSASK Professional Code of Ethics
Travel to schools within the school division
Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology
Eligibility for membership in CSASK
Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
Experience working with children and youth in an educational setting (asset)
Aptitude towards working with assistive technology (asset)
