We provide bespoke, highly-supported education for students aged 5 to 16 who are unable to thrive in mainstream schooling due to complex needs and challenging behaviours. This is more than a job-it's an opportunity to provide the consistent, one-on-one support that unlocks a student's potential and re-engages them with their education.
Job Responsibility:
Provide intensive one-on-one personalised support to students, addressing both complex behavioural issues and academic gaps
Work with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to develop tailored coping strategies, life skills, and emotional regulation techniques
Travel to support students in their homes, in the community, and at various learning sites
Collaborate closely with families and other professionals to establish a stable, supportive environment that promotes the student's progress
Requirements:
Proven experience working directly with children or young people, particularly those with challenging behaviours and Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in both English and Maths
Resilience, patience, and a strong, genuine desire to make a long-term positive impact
A clear understanding of school safeguarding and digital literacy
