Job Description:

HammondCare Erina is currently hiring Specialised Carers to focus on Dementia Care and Palliative Care. Responsibilities involve providing personal care, meal preparation, laundry, and life engagement with residents. Shifts include morning, afternoon, and midday hours. Job Responsibility:

Meal preparation and laundry - cooking, washing clothes, food preparation and safe storage
Personal care – showering, grooming, toileting
Provide life engagement and interaction with residents, staff and families
Recognise, report and respond appropriately to changes in the conditions of residents

Requirements:

Have a genuine passion for serving elderly people & improving quality of life
Have knowledge & experience of people living with Dementia & their needs
Be flexible and able to commit to a range of shifts
Value teamwork, autonomy and sharing knowledge
