Job Description:

HammondCare At Home is expanding services and seeking female specialised carers to support clients across Central Coast, Australia, in their homes. Responsibilities include personal care, light housework, meal preparation, transportation, and medication assistance. The role offers paid travel time, training, flexible working hours, and support for further qualifications.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care such as showering and dressing
helping around the home including meal preparation and light house cleaning
providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
assisting with medication

Requirements:

Be female as per section 31(2h) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977
relatable, patient, and solutions-focused
available to work on weekends
valid driver's license and access to insured, reliable car with at least third-party property insurance
ideally hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, or willingness to obtain one
flexibility to meet changing needs of home care clients

Nice to have:

Experience in aged or community care
