Job Description:

HammondCare is seeking permanent part-time home care workers to support clients across South Western Sydney. The role involves travel to clients' homes to provide practical care such as personal care, house cleaning, transportation, and medication assistance. Applicants need a valid driver's licence and access to a reliable insured car. Arabic, Spanish, and Italian-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Providing personal care - helping with showering and dressing
helping around the home - meal preparation and light house cleaning
providing transportation to appointments and assisting with shopping
assisting with medication

Requirements:

Previous experience in aged or community care or looking to start a career in aged care
valid Driver's Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (desirable)
flexibility around meeting changing needs of home care clients

Nice to have:

Arabic, Spanish, and Italian-speaking applicants
