Are you motivated by helping customers, supporting engineers, and keeping essential services running smoothly? As a Spares Advisor, you'll play a vital part in ensuring boiler and central heating repairs happen efficiently and on time. You'll be the go‑to support for Field Engineers, Sub‑Contractors, and Contact Centre Agents when replacement parts are needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating and ordering replacement parts accurately and efficiently
  • Scheduling engineer return visits in line with service level agreements
  • Communicating clearly with customers and keeping them informed
  • Managing email requests professionally and promptly
  • Processing orders through Salesforce and SAP, ensuring all records are compliant
  • Maintaining a positive, professional image through excellent communication and diary management

Requirements:

  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating 6 week shift pattern including 1 Saturday in 5 and 1 Sunday in 10
  • Experienced in ordering boiler or central heating replacement parts
  • Familiar with SAP and Salesforce (preferred but not essential)
  • Confident in challenging the status quo and improving processes
  • Approachable, self‑motivated, and a strong team player
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms with accurate data entry
