Job Description:

Provide high-quality massage and body treatments to guests while maintaining professional and clean workstations and tools. Handle guest interactions with professionalism, promote spa services, and adhere to schedules. Ensure compliance with regional licensure and company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Provide massage services
Provide body treatments
Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
Maintain cleanliness of workstation, tools, and treatment rooms
Monitor schedules and adhere to them
Handle inappropriate guest behavior as per company standards
Maintain current skills and licensure
Promote and sell spa/salon services
Build positive relationships with guests and coworkers

Requirements:

Provide massage services to guests
Provide body treatments using scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy
Assess guest needs and contraindications like allergies and high blood pressure
Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and tools
Monitor and stick to schedules
Handle inappropriate guest behavior following company standards
Maintain current skills and regional licensure
1 year of related work experience
State or Regional Massage License
Eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji

Nice to have:

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
