Job Description:

As a Spa Therapist at Hanbury Manor Marriott Hotel, you will be providing world-class range of treatments including Elemis and Aromatherapy Associates. You'll assist in delivering exceptional client care, supporting revenue growth, proactively selling spa products, and contributing to a luxury environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a friendly, knowledgeable and professional service
Offer a world-class range of treatments
Consult each client to fully understand their personal needs
Deliver exceptional treatments
Support your line manager to maximize revenue
Provide great customer service
Proactively sell high-quality spa retail products

Requirements:

Previous experience in luxury spa or high profile salon
Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 3/HND or equivalent
Strong Communication skills & interpersonal skills
Excellent level of spoken and written English
Pro-active and reliable
Able to work independently and within a team
Excellent presentation & customer care skills
Able to deal with difficult situations professionally and efficiently
Flexible approach to working hours including evening, weekends & bank holidays
