Job Description:

Welcome and service guests in a professional and friendly manner. Perform massage and body treatment services offered by The Spa at CCCR.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform massage and body treatment services
  • Have full knowledge of all body care retail products
  • Handle questions related to human anatomy
  • Perform massage techniques including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Reflexology, Hot Stone, and Chair Massage
  • Cross-sell spa services
  • Create and maintain a professional, friendly, and elegant spa environment
  • Ensure professional, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and neatness of The Spa
  • Clean and sanitize work station after each guest
  • Attend all product knowledge and motivational training programs, meetings, and work-related events
  • Perform other work-related duties assigned by management
  • Promote and cross-sell non-massage and body treatment related spa services
  • Promote body care retail products with explanations of features and benefits
  • Initiate and participate in self-promotional activities

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 500 hours as a massage therapist
  • Valid CMT (Certified Massage Therapist) certificate issued by an official and legal institution
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • Cache Creek Casino Resort Tribal Gaming License
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, talk, hear, taste, smell, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work all shift hours
