Spa Supervisor

• Support the daily operations of the spa
• Ensure exceptional service standards are consistently delivered
• Assist in supervising spa colleagues
• Coordinate daily schedules
• Ensure smooth front desk and treatment operations
• Help foster a positive and professional work environment
• Maintain an atmosphere of relaxation, professionalism, and efficiency
• Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
• Be present on the floor and lead by example
• Ensure guests feel welcomed, cared for, and valued throughout their spa journey

• Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
• Strong understanding of spa operations, treatments, and guest service standards
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and support therapists and front desk colleagues
• Knowledge of 5-star service standards and spa policies and procedures
• Ability to assist with scheduling, inventory control, and daily reporting
• Hands-on spa experience as a therapist (massage therapist, esthetician, etc.) is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with high team credibility
• Consistently meets and exceeds guest expectations
