Job Description:

The Spa Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton Bali will ensure the delivery of the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton, providing exceptional luxury service. The role involves advising employees, answering guest questions, promoting spa services, and maintaining high standards of work areas and tools. The supervisor will also assist in hiring, training, and coaching employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and quality expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Advise employees on general property information
Answer questions about available services
Confirm guest first and last name and type of treatment scheduled
Monitor and stick to time schedule
Promote and sell spa/salon services and retail products
Complete requisitions for additional products, supplies, or equipment
Inspect work areas and tools/equipment
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating and coaching employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear and professional language
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
