Job Description:

Our Spa Specialists support a wide range of vital Spa functions. They create memorable guest experiences by promoting Spa services or retail, managing scheduling reservations, answering questions, checking in guests, and processing payments. They maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, uphold quality standards, and ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communication. Spa Specialists will be active, on their feet, and hands-on to deliver exceptional service.

Job Responsibility:

Promoting Spa services or retail
scheduling reservations and confirming appointments
providing answers about services
checking in guests
processing payments
maintaining a professional and safe work environment
upholding quality standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications
adherence to company policies and procedures
creating a safe workplace
upholding quality standards
managing reservation software and verifying information.
