Job Description:

Warm, enthusiastic Spa receptionist for Spa by JW on a casual basis with 4 days per week availability. The role requires strong teamwork to ensure superb delivery of exceptional services and treatments.

Job Responsibility:

Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system
Call guests to confirm scheduled services
Update reservations/cancellations list throughout the day
Check in guests for appointments and provide spa orientation
Promote and sell spa/salon services
Process guest payments for spa/salon services

Requirements:

Excellent personal presentation standards
Professional phone etiquette
Guest centric attitude
Team player with positive attitude
Previous experience as a spa receptionist
Strong communication skills
Warm personality
Good computer skills with Microsoft Word/Excel and Outlook
Weekend availability

Nice to have:

Retail sales skills
Prior spa experience
