Job Description:

Spa Specialists play an essential role in delivering unique and memorable Spa experiences for guests, including promoting services, managing reservations, and ensuring quality standards. This role at the W Koh Samui involves a hands-on approach, assisting with guest needs, and maintaining professional standards.

Job Responsibility:

Promoting Spa services or retail
scheduling reservations and confirming appointments
providing answers about services
checking in guests
processing payments
creating a safe workplace
following company policies and procedures
upholding quality standards
ensuring uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
managing reservation software.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience necessary
no supervisory experience required
no license or certification required
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
adherence to company policies and procedures
maintaining a professional appearance and communications.
