Job Description:

Provide general spa orientation to guests, maintain cleanliness of spa areas, stock supplies, and offer exceptional hospitality to guests at The St. Regis Aruba Resort.

Job Responsibility:

Provide general spa orientation to guests
offer guests amenities such as water or heated neck pillows
escort guests to and from treatment rooms
maintain cleanliness of spa areas
stock supplies and amenities
report accidents or unsafe conditions
secure supplies and equipment at the end of shifts
speak clearly and professionally with coworkers and guests
complete safety training and certifications
anticipate and address guests’ service needs

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
excellent verbal communication skills
positive working relationships with others
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
ability to move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 pounds
clean and professional appearance
adherence to company policies and safety procedures
