Spa Concierge

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
• manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth guest flow throughout the spa
• provide detailed information about spa services, packages, and promotions
• assist guests with check-in and check-out processes efficiently
• handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism
• maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
• collaborate with spa team members to enhance the guest experience
• promote retail products and services to enhance guest satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent
• experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferred
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• proficient in using scheduling software and basic computer applications
• positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
• flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Previous sales experience is a plus
