Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and implementation of a strategic sourcing and supplier management framework and ways of working within Group Procurement and Ingka
Actively lead and support Procurement Categories and Business Partners to build up supplier management capabilities and structures as well as sourcing and negotiation strategies for larger contracts, outsourcings and/or transformations
Actively support Procurement Categories and Countries in the strategic sourcing disciplines such as Category Management, Supplier Base Management, Contract management, Commercial and Business Models
Stay close to the Procurement market, be on top of trends, innovations and new ways of working and incorporate this in frameworks as well as the Procurement Strategy and corresponding portfolio
Actively develop and lead the implementation of the Procurement Strategy and corresponding portfolio across Ingka

Requirements:

Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience of category management, strategic sourcing, business modelling and contractual terms
Comprehensive knowledge and proven experience of supplier management and supplier development, applied both locally and globally
Solid understanding and knowledge of different outsourcing models, governance set-ups and performance follow up
Strong collaboration, being good at building alliances and working together with teams and stakeholders
Self-driven with the ability to organize, plan and deliver results in continuously changing and dynamic environment
