This is a highly cross-functional role with direct impact on revenue, product, and customer experience. Turnkey is revolutionizing key management with an API designed for unparalleled security, flexibility, and ease of use in the Web3 ecosystem.
Job Responsibility:
Work directly with customers in the pre-sales phase to evaluate their use cases and guide technical decision-making
Design and prototype lightweight integration examples using Turnkey’s APIs and SDKs
Join technical calls to answer questions around security architecture, enclave infrastructure, and developer workflows
Develop integration plans for customers and collaborate with the Customer Support team in their implementation
Contribute to customer-facing materials: sample code, technical diagrams, implementation guides, whitepapers, etc.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integration paths and unblock deals
Assist in completing security, infrastructure, and architecture due diligence forms
Capture technical feedback and relay product feature gaps back to the internal team
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our developer experience, including flagging gaps in documentation or SDKs
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or developer advocacy
Proficiency with TypeScript and modern developer tooling (e.g., GitHub, REST APIs)
Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts and security best practices, such as AWS
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and visualize technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders
Self-starter attitude and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
High technical empathy — you understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the API
Nice to have:
Experience working in the Web3 ecosystem — wallets, protocols, or smart contracts
Understanding of security best practices, including TEEs, key management, or secure signing flows
Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana or similar
Prior experience contributing to or working alongside developer products or platforms
