Job Description:

We’re seeking a Solutions Consultant II to serve as a senior-level consultant delivering advanced solution guidance to prospective and existing clients. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to design, configure, and demonstrate tailored solutions that meet complex business and compliance requirements. As a trusted advisor on AbsenceSoft’s leave management SaaS platform, you’ll help drive a value-focused, consultative client experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead solution design and technical consultation for complex client requirements
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations tailored to enterprise-level clients
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to create scalable, value-driven solutions
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and technical evaluations
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AbsenceSoft solutions
  • Mentor and support junior Solutions Consultants (P2) on best practices and solution delivery
  • Maintain deep knowledge of HR processes, leave management, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap and enhancements
  • Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company controls and security within your role
  • Assist in maintaining applicable organizational security and compliance controls within your department, role, and subordinate roles
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical consulting, preferably in SaaS
  • Strong expertise in HR technology, leave management, or compliance solutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom, Microsoft Office)
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and large-scale implementations
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other state leave laws
  • Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
