As a Solution Owner of Business Services at Sopra Steria, you will be part of a dynamic organization that supports clients in their daily operations, enabling them to focus on their core business. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the entire lifecycle of banking solutions from ideation and analysis to implementation and continuous improvement
  • Develop tailored solutions and advise on digital transformation
  • Drive the integration of AI and automation
  • Organize workshops and manage change initiatives
  • Ensure successful adoption of new solutions
  • Align strategies with market trends and support business development
  • Represent Sopra Steria as a thought leader in client meetings and industry events
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by monitoring performance and incorporating feedback
  • Support training programs with focus on Anti-Financial Crime and AI

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in solution ownership, transformation management, or consulting within the banking or financial services sector
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory environments, and digital transformation trends
  • Experience with AI, automation, and emerging technologies in service delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a matrixed environment
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English
