Solution owner

• Be accountable for the end-to-end functionality, direction, roadmap and lifecycle of your solutions
• Lead and coordinate the development and operation of your solutions
• Secure and align to processes to fully utilize and benefit of running operations in cloud
• Run and grow competence networks, actively suggest and coach users on efficient application usage
• Ensure cost consciousness and scalable, maintainable solutions
• Manage vendors and partners
• Collaborate across IT/OT with architects, super users, information security and other peers

• Experience and knowledge in operating Cloud ERP, ideally M3 and Infor OS
• 5+ years’ experience from an international and/or manufacturing organization
• communicate confidently in English
• skilled in working in complex organisations, with excellent stakeholder management abilities by building trust at all levels
• bring energy and curiosity, dare to constructively challenge current ways of working
• lead change with clarity, integrity and a can-do mind set
• regularly find better ways and enable change, turning ambiguity into action with a clear “this is possible” approach
