We are looking for a customer-oriented and business-driven Solution Manager, who will act as the primary technical authority for strategic projects. You’ll bridge customer needs with technical delivery, support business development, and guide our teams and partners toward successful solution deployment. Inside our team we focus on Marine applications, dynamically changing market with focus on energy efficiency, implementation of new types of energy sources for full electric vessels as energy storage systems, fuel cells, shore connection, shaft generators or combining them with traditional generating sets. We are leading supplier of power management systems in Marine world.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead technical onboarding, deployment, and advisory for key customers across assigned applications
  • Support sales and business development through solution proposals and technical presentations
  • Design, validate, and oversee PoC and pilot projects and support their handover into full implementation
  • Act as the main technical contact for complex issues and work closely with engineering teams to resolve them
  • Identify opportunities for solution standardization and contribute to product roadmap development
  • Deliver advanced training, mentor technical colleagues, and support internal knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate across departments and global teams to ensure technical excellence
  • Travel globally to support strategic customers and projects

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, electrical drawings, electric system synchronization, automation- embedded/PLC, power electronics
  • Strong communication skills, customer focus, and ability to work independently
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative mindset
  • Advanced English
  • Willingness to travel internationally
