In this role as Solution Architect, you will be at the forefront of our digital innovation, shaping how we leverage artificial intelligence, large language models (LLMs) and autonomous agents to solve complex business challenges and create new opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Playing a pivotal role in AI transformation initiatives and focusing on the integration of AI & Agentic capabilities
  • Being responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions, from conceptualization and strategic design to proof-of-concept development, deployment and ongoing performance optimization
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business leaders) to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and ethical AI architectures
  • Introducing cutting-edge AI frameworks, agentic design patterns and best practices, while guiding the organization on the responsible adoption of emerging AI technologies

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in a solution architecture or technical lead role, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, workflow orchestration and cloud platforms
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale AI powered products, strong understanding of modern AI concepts, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows
  • Experience in a cloud-native environment (Azure/GCP/AWS), event-driven architectures and hands-on experience in usage of LLMs, vector databases and API/MCP integrations
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder-facing roles, articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and driving the strategic vision for AI adoption
  • Fluent English and Polish
