An award-winning law firm with a global reputation is seeking a Solicitor with 2 to 4 years’ PQE to join their specialist Defendant Insurance team in Taunton. This role is suited to a Solicitor looking to advance their technical litigation skills within a high-performing environment. This opportunity offers long-term progression within a firm known for its litigation excellence and comprehensive service to major insurers and corporate clients.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a caseload of insurance litigation matters with a focus on defending complex personal injury claims
work on a mix of fast-track and multi-track claims
liaise directly with insurer clients
develop strategic defence approaches

Requirements:

England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 2-4 years’ PQE
solid background in personal injury and/or insurance litigation
confident handling a varied caseload independently
commercially aware and client-focused
