We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and execution of solar power plant projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and execute projects involving the erection and termination of CRP panels, CT, PT, circuit breakers, and transformers
  • Manage all equipment earthing work
  • Oversee power and control cable laying and termination as per cable schedules
  • Coordinate with the commissioning team
  • Supervise panel earthing
  • Create plans for solar energy system development, monitoring, and evaluation activities
  • Supervise DC cable laying, lugging, and termination at SCB, Inverter, and LT panels
  • Oversee PV module stringing work, combiner box installation, and termination
  • Supervise earthing work for grid and equipment
  • Oversee SCB installation, inverter installation, ACDB installation, HT panel, and transformer installation
  • Manage project planning and monitoring until final project completion
  • Have good knowledge of transformers, string inverters, and PV modules
  • Possess strong knowledge of MMS structure of solar plants
  • Oversee the installation of HT panels, IDT, LT panels, PLCs, and HT & LT cables
  • Be responsible for string inverter voltage testing of PV systems
  • Manage all DC & AC electrical works
  • Handle all documentation related to job responsibilities
  • Supervise inverter operation & maintenance of module structure and DC connections
  • Maintain quality and safety at the workplace

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Supervisor in ground-mounted solar PV power plants
  • Experience in power distribution, substation renovation, and modernization is a plus
  • Ability to take responsibility, high integrity, and determination
  • Superior interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken Hindi and English
