Software QA Engineers and Testers positions! Permanent Position / Direct Hire!

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze users’ needs and then design, test, and develop software to meet those needs
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Recommend software upgrades for customers’ existing programs and systems
  • Design each piece of an application or system and plan how the pieces will work together
  • Ensure that a program continues to function normally through software maintenance and testing
  • Document every aspect of an application or system as a reference for future maintenance and upgrades
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
  • Define, document, and manage user stories and customer acceptance criteria for assigned domains
  • Record software defects and track them through test lifecycle to resolve
  • Define product acceptance criteria with product owners and development team
  • Implement test plans and summarize testing status within project team and SQA team meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
  • UI tools such as HTML3/ CSS, Python and C#,SOAP UI, REST API & POSTMAN
  • Ability to work in a project driven environment
  • Experience or desire to work in an agile environment
  • Demonstrable ability to lead a group of highly intelligent, technology consulting professionals
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at any given time through effective time-management and planning
  • Good communication skills and appreciate teamwork

  • Integrate the Ads QA Automation Project by conducting hands-on testing, delivering actionable feedback, and feeding insights directly into roadmap prioritization and iteration
