Job Description:

We are looking to speak with Software Implementation Consultants with excellent stakeholder management capabilities. In this role, you will help implement management software for clients by understanding their business needs, configuring solutions, and supporting the full project lifecycle. You will receive training and mentorship to grow both your business and technical skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support software implementation projects from start to finish
  • Understand client business needs and help define software requirements
  • Configure and test the software according to project goals
  • Collaborate with internal product and development teams
  • Assist with documentation, planning, and project scope definition
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and go-live
  • Ensure alignment between all teams involved in the implementation
  • Build expertise in the software and its use in real-world business environments

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation or system support
  • Experience working with clients or in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly and work independently
  • Willingness to travel as needed
