Job Description:

The Customer Support Operations Team is responsible for the development and maintenance of our flagship Neo4j CODEX application. This started as a Summer Engineering Internship project 3 years ago, and has since grown in functionality and usage to be the technical diagnostics hub for all of our Support, Field Engineering, and Product Engineering Teams. This year we would like to invite our Engineering Interns to work with our Customer Support Operations Team in designing and building a new application that would replace NeoNora and integrate with neoDAVE and CODEX bring code change tracking into the full CODEX ecosystem and provide our engineers with enhanced observability of code changes and versions. The end goal is that a user would be able to seamlessly navigate from understanding a customer issue, through the diagnostic analysis, to identifying the root cause and any existing code fix that may exist, and understanding which releases the customer would need to upgrade to to pick up this fix.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and build a new application to replace NeoNora and integrate with neoDAVE and CODEX
  • Bring code change tracking into the full CODEX ecosystem
