Job Responsibility:

Lead and inspire engineering teams to tackle complex projects, fostering a culture of innovation and creative problem-solving
Guide and facilitate the growth of team members through mentorship, hands-on experiences, and tailored training programs
Foster collaboration and idea exchange among engineers, driving innovation and technical excellence

Requirements:

7+ years of substantial software engineering experience with a track record of leading large-scale projects
1-2 years in leadership roles, managing and guiding software engineering teams to successful project delivery
Strong technical background with expertise in software development, architecture, and modern technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Strategic mindset aligning technical strategies with business objectives and driving innovation within the team
