Job Responsibility:

Work directly with the founders and the founding engineer on a daily basis
Be given problems not instructions, take full ownership and deliver solutions that matter to customers
Build production grade software at speed
Talk to customers shape products and see your work have an immediate and visible impact on real businesses

Requirements:

Strong back end engineering experience
A systems mindset
Hunger and drive
Comfort with being office first
