  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams, releasing updates early and often
  • Providing leadership and mentorship for junior engineers through thoughtful code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successfully releasing iOS apps to the App Store
  • Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative to identify improvements in processes and systems and take ownership of implementations
  • Demonstrated bias for action, impact, and innovative ideas
  • Experience with Swift, SwiftUI, and iOS development
  • Experience working on a large modular codebase designed for long-term growth
