Job Description:

As a Software Engineer at Clipboard, you'll craft solutions that reshape how healthcare professionals and facilities connect. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to build features that matter. This is an evergreen role as the company grows quickly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality, scalable code using Node/NestJS, React, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, and Redis
  • Develop reusable components and utilities for web and mobile applications
  • Own the full software development lifecycle from problem definition to production support
  • Collaborate with product managers and customers to understand real-world problems
  • Embrace remote-first culture with effective communication
  • Contribute to a customer-centric approach balancing fixes and improvements
  • Participate in on-call rotations for system reliability

Requirements:

  • Professional software development proficiency in building complex web or mobile apps, ideally with TypeScript, React, and Node/NestJS
  • Experience developing, monitoring, and supporting services in production
  • Strong understanding of service-specific integration testing, E2E testing, and selective unit tests
  • Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) and best practices for deploying cloud-based applications
  • Problem-solving skills in low-structure, high-ownership environments
  • Excellent communication and clear writing
  • Customer empathy and desire to make real-world impacts
