Job Description:

Engineer the future of global finance. Work on green field services within structured products world. Set and ensure best code practices and design well-crafted software. Work in agile manner, self-organize work with BAs, QA, speaking directly with business users across the globe. Own continuous delivery pipeline through to production.

Job Responsibility:

Develop software iteratively from idea through to production
Collaborate and lead with the rest of the team
Build strong relationships with business users
Design and build systems to overcome business challenges
Produce clean efficient code
Improve and share best engineering practices across the wider technology team

Requirements:

University degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
Frontend: React and Typescript (experience with hooks and ES6 preferred)
Backend: Kotlin in microservice architecture
Experience with Kubernetes/Openshift containers
Kafka messaging layer
GraphQL
DevOps techniques
Automated testing
Continuous integration
Trunk based development
TDD
BDD
Agile practices

Nice to have:

Experience with hooks and ES6
GraphQL experience
TDD and BDD experience
Agile methodology experience
