Software Development Analyst

Facilitating Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, within a team environment

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, especially Scrum
• Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
• Skills to manage and resolve conflicts within the team
• Ability to lead and motivate the team without direct authority
• Analytical skills to identify and solve issues that may impede the team's progress
• Basic understanding of the technical aspects of the project to better support the team
• Ability to coach team members on Agile practices and principles
• Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth workflow
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
