Job Description:

Global Fleet Product is seeking a Software Development Engineer who will develop automation scripts for Revit applications.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create Python/C# scripts that seamlessly merge with Autodesk Revit’s backend to automate Revit functions
  • Utilize Python Script node in Dynamo to configure, manage, and perform CRUD operations to create data-driven automation workflows
  • Modify existing Python scripts to extract data from Revit to connect API’s with cost and bill of materials databases
  • Create logical process maps to convert manual Revit and data input steps into automatic processes through API’s
  • Build test scenario scripts to quality control and acceptance test Autodesk’s automation workflows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in software development using Python/C#
  • 3+ years of experience with Autodesk Revit API development and customization
  • 3+ years of experience developing commercial software applications
  • Demonstrated experience with object-oriented programming and software design patterns
