Software Architect

• Coach engineers on code organization, technical debt solving, and big features implementation
• Lead tech roadmaps (performance scalability, security)
• Experiment with new technologies and make PoCs
• Ensure architecture remains a reference in the SaaS industry
• Work with complex and cross-cutting challenges
• Align R&D on strategic subjects
• Increase team skills by disseminating good practices, organizing workshops, and writing documentation
• Master the stack (NodeJS, VueJS, MongoDB) and architecture
• Carry out complex projects
• Set up good development practices
• Be strategic in architectural choices for important projects
• Lead evolution of architecture and technologies
• Evangelize and train R&D on developments
• Onboard new team architects

• At least 8 years of experience, ideally within a Product-Led Growth company
• Hands-on experience with complex codebases with an emphasis on software quality
• Ability to work on transversal technical subjects impacting all or part of an R&D team
• Familiarity with software architecture characteristics and patterns
• Knowledge of mentoring and developing teams' skills on best practices, development, software design, new stacks
• Proficiency in algorithms
• Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR)
