Job Responsibility:

  • Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects
  • Analyze the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions
  • Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects
  • Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the improvements within the area of responsibility
  • Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements
  • Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project
  • Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
  • Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Mgmt, or related with at least 60 months of experience
