This role is ideal for a socially native leader who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution across B2C and B2B clients. You’ll take ownership of social media strategy, content direction and performance, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Leading day-to-day delivery of social media retainers and campaigns
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on social strategy, planning and best practice
Overseeing social content output, approvals and campaign development
Planning and delivering regular social content shoots
Driving innovation through trend-led, social-first thinking
Leading social media reporting, measurement and performance tracking
Ensuring alignment across owned, earned and paid social activity
Requirements:
Proven experience managing social media strategy across multiple platforms
Strong understanding of community building and social commerce
Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into action
Experience managing influencer activity and brand partnerships
Confident leadership and stakeholder management skills
