Job Responsibility:
Define and maintain the voice, tone, and creative direction for paid social campaigns across various client accounts
Evaluate creative ideas rigorously to ensure effectiveness before launching them in the market
Align creative outputs with platform-specific requirements, cultural trends, and performance metrics
Collaborate with media teams to translate campaign results into refined and impactful messaging
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts for creator-led and social-native content
Identify and partner with creators and influencers who align with brand objectives and performance targets
Develop comprehensive creative briefs, messaging strategies, and guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency
Execute light creative editing, including quick-turn iterations to improve hooks, captions, and formats
Plan and oversee social-first production shoots, capturing and editing snackable content optimized for social platforms
Explore and implement AI-enabled workflows to enhance creative production, accelerate iterations, and optimize results
Requirements:
Proven expertise in creating and managing social content across multiple platforms
