Provides informal fast food and beverage service in the snack bar and/or halfway house outlets. Maintains cleanliness and sanitation according to company standards. Orders supplies and implements controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other costs are achieved.
Job Responsibility:
Provide food and beverage service in accordance with the menu and company quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, and production, storeroom, service and other areas
Ensure that required income, cost control and inventory procedures are consistently used
Requisition supplies from club’s kitchen and storeroom, and ensure proper transfer and storage
Provide adequate display of garnishes and condiments on “self-serve” basis
Comply with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws/requirements
Inspect club facility to ensure that sanitation, safety, energy management, preventive maintenance and other programs are in place in area(s) of responsibility
Work with F& B Manager to develop outlet budget and monitor to ensure that financial goals are attained
Prepare and serve food and beverage products as appropriate
Assure the efficient and timely submission of all required operational and financial reports
Perform other duties as appropriate
Requirements:
High school required
College degree preferred
1 year applicable functional, supervisory and/or management experience, preferably in the golf industry
Demonstrated quality written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Ability to efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision
Ability to work flexible hours as required including evenings/weekends
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations
