The ATS Corporate IT department is responsible for delivering critical IT systems and services enterprise-wide. We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist who will serve as an individual contributor with hands-on expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (Active Directory Integration), Office 365 administration, server support (Windows & Linux), CrowdStrike remediation, and patching using Azure Arc. This role is essential in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
Job Responsibility:
Lead and execute Active Directory (AD) integration during mergers and acquisitions
Manage domain consolidations, migrations, and trust relationships
Plan and execute user, group, and policy migrations with minimal disruption
Automate AD synchronization and replication for efficiency
Collaborate with IT and security teams to align infrastructure
Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Troubleshoot and resolve O365 issues, ensuring security and compliance
Configure Intune for endpoint and device management
Monitor service health, optimize email security, and enforce policies
Administer Windows and Linux servers, ensuring performance and uptime
Handle provisioning, patching, tuning, and troubleshooting
Manage AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file services
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies
Deploy and manage CrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint security
Monitor threats, analyze vulnerabilities, and apply remediations
Work with security teams to mitigate risks and enforce compliance
Utilize Azure Arc for hybrid patch management
Automate patching and system updates using PowerShell and Ansible
Ensure security compliance across Windows and Linux environments
Use tools like SolarWinds and LogicMonitor to monitor infrastructure
Identify and resolve system performance issues proactively
Perform capacity planning and ensure high availability
Implement IT security best practices, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST
Conduct security risk assessments and enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Support internal and external audits with required documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles
Strong expertise in Active Directory, O365, Windows/Linux server support, vulnerability management, and cloud security
Hands-on experience with Azure Arc for patch management and system monitoring
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are preferred
