Job Description:

This is a remote full-time job opportunity all over Greece where we are accepting applications from candidates currently living in Greece or are looking at working & relocating to Greece. You will have the chance to serve the Slovenian speaking clients of the most well-known companies worldwide in the fields of technology, banking, telecommunications, automotive or domestic appliances.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a high level of customer service to Slovenian clients at all times
Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
Be able to offer recommendations to common technical problems or frequently asked questions
Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues

Requirements:

An excellent level of the Slovenian language
A good level of the English language
PC literacy & excellent typing skills
EU work permit

Nice to have:

Previous working experience in a similar role
High adaptability in dynamic working environments & rotating shifts
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Client-centric mindset
