Operate every job with a Quality mindset
Operate lifting equipment, hoist, tilt-lock on rolls 20 to 300lbs
Responsible for neat and accurate production reports and job jackets to maintain traceability
Maintain a clean and safe working area
Complete housekeeping, hoist grounding & bonding inspections
Ability to read and determine proper wind configurations per the rewind chart
Operate the slitter at or above expected production targets
Accurately enter shift and job data into Prism
Help identify and report all Safety issues in area -including potential risks
