We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven SLED (State, Local Government, and Education) Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key accounts in the SLED sector, driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with SLED clients
Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities
Create and execute strategic account plans
Serve as primary point of contact for SLED customers
Work with cross-functional teams
Stay current with industry trends
Maintain accurate sales records
Lead contract negotiations
Represent company at industry events
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
advanced degree preferred
6+ years of enterprise account management and/or sales experience
proven record of success in the SLED sector
exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
strong problem-solving skills
customer-first mentality
ability to travel within the region on a regular basis
