Job Responsibility

Work on the deboning line removing small bones from primals of fresh meat
Follow training in food safety to ensure high quality, food safe products are produced
Ensure health and safety processes are maintained
Use a knife or bladed machine to prepare primal for trimming
Focus on completing tasks efficiently to reduce waste and downtime
