Job Description:

The Site Selection Analyst will manage the banking automation site selection master list and oversee the evaluation process for potential branch locations. This role ensures alignment with strategic, operational, and financial objectives, liaises with key stakeholders, and maintains accurate documentation to support decision-making.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and update the site selection master list
  • Conduct desktop reviews of shortlisted sites
  • Liaise with Financial Crime, Physical Security, Central Ops, and Periscope teams
  • Track rejected sites and document reasons for rejection
  • Own and update site selection criteria to align with business objectives
  • Prepare site selection reports and recommendations for approval
  • Maintain accurate records in the deployment tracker
  • Recommend sites for survey

Requirements:

  • Experience in site selection, property / branch space analysis, or network planning
  • Familiarity with financial services or retail banking environments preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Proficiency in data analysis and desktop research tools
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
