Job Description:

The Site Operations team is the backbone that supports the Manila operations, dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and ensuring the well-being and growth of our employees. As a Manager leading the entire Site Operations function, you will lead a team of highly-specialized and talented individuals, collaborating cross-functionally across the entire organization globally to design and implement strategic people initiatives that drive organizational growth and success. You will play a pivotal role in achieving this mission, shaping our company culture, and supporting all our team members throughout their lifecycle in the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Developing strategies for talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, performance, and growth
implementing programs to enhance employee engagement and maximize overall employee satisfaction
designing and implementing comprehensive reward systems encompassing salary, benefits, bonuses, and recognition programs
partnering with business units to align people strategies with organizational goals
ensuring optimal workplace conditions to enable the team to work effectively and support their well-being
managing relationships with vendors that provide products and services across various functions within the team
leveraging data to optimize talent strategies and various people processes.

Requirements:

8+ years of relevant experience
well-rounded HR professional, ideally with experience working in a fast-paced early stage environment
strong understanding of local HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance
willing to roll up sleeves and take a hands-on approach to ensure tasks and projects are executed effectively.
