Job Description:

Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Managers in Berkshire to support residential new-builds in the new year. You will take the responsibility of a medium to large-scale development in the area, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and project delivery, on high-quality new build homes and communities across Berkshire.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating sub-contractors, trades, and site personnel
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, company policies, and quality control procedures
  • Manage the project build programme, monitoring progress against the timeline and budget, and proactively addressing any issues
  • Conduct regular site inductions, tool-box talks, and safety inspections
  • Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-volume residential new build housing or apartment schemes in the UK
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work certification
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, quality assurance processes, and construction methodologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
