Job Description:

The Shopify Performance Manager will oversee the creation, management, and optimization of our Shopify store, focusing on improving user experience and boosting conversions. Responsibilities include managing product listings, third-party integrations, and website performance, as well as implementing marketing strategies and analyzing store data for growth. You will collaborate with design teams to ensure a seamless and visually appealing storefront while driving profitability through data-driven decisions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and update the Shopify store, ensuring products, collections, and integrations are accurate and functional
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with developers as needed
  • Optimize site performance, speed, mobile responsiveness, and checkout flow to improve conversions
  • Run A/B testing to identify weaknesses and enhance usability
  • Handle product listings, descriptions, pricing, and real-time inventory management
  • Develop and execute eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media, and sales channels)
  • Monitor store performance using Shopify and Google Analytics
  • create reports and recommend improvements
  • Enhance branding, storefront design, and merchandising in collaboration with marketing and design teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing a Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization
  • Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media)
  • Strong understanding of Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations
  • Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other performance tracking tools
  • Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to implement simple customizations
  • Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A computer with dual monitor setup is required
  • Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
