Job Responsibility:

  • Convert mock-ups and design concepts into fully functional, responsive Shopify websites
  • Customize Shopify themes and templates to reflect brand identity and enhance UI/UX design
  • Develop and integrate third-party applications and plugins to extend store functionality
  • Ensure smooth navigation, efficient checkout processes, and seamless payment gateway integration
  • Optimize site performance by improving load times, time-to-interact and reducing bounce rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather business requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design and functionality issues promptly to ensure continuous store operation
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify and e-commerce development

Requirements:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript for building responsive and interactive front-end interfaces
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify’s platform, including checkout operations and inventory management
  • Hands-on experience with Liquid, jQuery, AJAX and Bootstrap for custom development and theme enhancements
